Carter Street

Carter Street is located next to the Sydney Olympic Park, 16 kilometres west of Sydney CBD. The Olympic park area is undergoing renewal as part of a master plan while still actively being used as a sport and commercial precinct. With the large amount of facilities and successful larger residential areas in the broader surrounding, Goodman sought advice and scenarios to turn their industrial site into a high density residential community.
